About the author

I'm a psychologist with decades of experience in therapy and assessment. I have worked with people with ADHD from children to adults. My passion was born from my work and my family life, and the joy at seeing people living a fulfilling life through knowledge, growth and change.

This course is designed to help you understand some of the basics about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It is intended for people who are thinking about being diagnosed or who have recently been diagnosed. It can be a confusing process and I wanted to help clarify some aspects of diagnosis, what you might feel, what happens day to day and then some strategies to maintain your wellbeing.
